STUG III (Sturmgeschütz III) was a German tank destroyer used during World War II. Based on the chassis of the PzKpfw III tank, this assault vehicle was equipped with a massive superstructure and a 75mm gun. The STUG IIIs primary mission was to support the infantry and engage enemy targets such as barricades and armored vehicles. The flamethrower was very similar to the STUG III, but it was adapted to perform fire operations using a powerful flamethrower. The flamethrower was equipped with a special tank for liquid flammable mixture. The mixture was sprayed through a pipe, creating a stream of fire with a range of several dozen meters. The flame armours primary task was to fight fortifications, destroy buildings and eliminate infantry.
