R 03 L offers additional learning incentives through the bell, folding stand, and foot brake. The brake is integrated into the rear fender and can be operated with both left and right foot. The ball bearing steering and wheels ensure easy handling, good rolling characteristics, and long durability - non-slip footboard for feet.

- Safety handlebars: Safety and child-friendliness are key points for all PUKY vehicles. PUKY was the first manufacturer to build special safety handles with large baffles. These protect the hands from injuries in case of an accident or if the child were to risk falling on the handlebars. At the same time, the safety handlebars prevent unwanted lateral sliding. The grip surface provides a good grip, and the small diameter is suitable for childrens hands and provides a complete grip.
- Handlebar padding: In case of an accident, the consequences should be as small as possible. Thats why a large cushion for the handlebars is included directly with the product. This minimizes the impact of shocks on the handlebars. PUKY fabric and foam padding are TÜV tested, GS certified, free of contaminants, UV-resistant, and extremely resistant to wear.
