Gneisenau Warship COBI Historical building blocks 4835

A collectors model of the German battleship Gneisenau from World War II was designed by the company COBI in a 1:300 scale model. It consists of 2417 building blocks and is 81 cm long. It faithfully reflects the proportions of the historical ship and preserves all of its essential elements, including its armament. The model ship was created to look like it did during Operation Berlin 1941 (the Atlantic). It was the famous corsair rally in the Atlantic Ocean with the battleships Scharnhorst and Gneisenau!

The block model of the Gneisenau ship has been covered with high-quality prints that do not wear off even with use. Notable is the intricately reproduced shape of the hull and the attention to preserving as many details as possible. The model has several moving parts such as propellers, rudder, rotating turrets, and gun barrels that can be raised and lowered. The set also includes a very stable and aesthetically pleasing black display stand with description plates printed with the name of the ship. Although the ship is very large, its construction is simple thanks to the intuitive instructions based on clear illustrations. Nearly 2,500 elements ensure many hours of building and a detailed finished model! The Gneisenau ship is an ideal object for fans of history, military technology, military, and naval engineering. After assembly, the ship looks very impressive, attracts attention, and will surely become a cherished decoration of your collection, living room, or office! Express your passion and build history, piece by piece!

Gneisenau was a German battleship from World War II that entered service on May 21, 1938. Both Scharnhorst and Gneisenau were a new type of German battleship. They were characterized by larger size, speed, and more powerful weapons. They were created in response to the expansion of the French navy. Gneisenau participated in many combat operations, including the famous Operation Berlin in 1941, where it proved to be very effective. It was sunk on March 28, 1945 in Gdynia to block the harbor.
